Message	Congrats on the decision to quit. I have quit smoking 3 times since I have smoked. Each time I've quit, I have done great and usually quit for a year or so. I'm not really sure why after a year (or thereabouts) I always go back to it. I hope you do better at it than me! Cheers, Chris
